Our Mission
Founded and supported by people invested in MS Care we aim to deliver our social purpose by leading service development, research and innovation activities to improve care of people with MS. We do this either as a direct outcome of the activity or through the investment of income generated within our projects.
Our Services
Transform MS is a particularly relevant name for our CIC as the company is seeking to Transform the care and outcomes for people with Multiple Sclerosis and also Transform the academic area of Measurement Science; particularly in the area of Patient Reported Outcome Measures (PROMs).
Our group has a strong track record of delivering services in both these areas which are summarised below. On the top menu navigation you will be able to navigate to sections with more information on our services in these themes.
PROMs/Scales
Our group has developed a number of PROMs which we licensed in to commercial clinical trials and used in clinical practice. Due to our recognised track record of developing PROMs that are well respected by regulatory bodies we are also regularly commissioned to help support the development of new PROMs in a range of clinical areas.
More recently, we have developed our team and partnerships, to use advanced Psychometric Methods, such as Rasch Measurement Theory, to support commercial companies in maximising the value of data generated by PROMs in clinical research. The combination of clinical and measurement science expertise has been highly effective in supporting a number of collaborations.

Having developed and evolved a number of innovative service innovations in key areas of MS care we are always willing to share experiences, and learn from others.
We are also keen to partner with groups in piloting or researching new innovations, engaging in clinical research and using our prospectively managed clinical management data set on over 1800 people with MS to review impacts of treatment or aspects of MS disease progression.
